The complexities of Architecture have fascinated me since I was a young boy. My grandfather and I would spend all are time in his garage and build all types of things together. The homes I grew up in as a child were nailed together with our two hands and have since been passed down. He taught me many fascists of architecture but the truth and grit of what he taught me brought on new life.

I grew up in Sam’s Valley off of Meadows road, and when I was 15, I built my first wrap around deck all by myself using all the knowledge that was passed down by my grandfather. My grandfather was a man of little words, but after seeing his smile and disposition of a completion of a project well done was seen in his eyes.

In high school I began construction classes for a local builder; I built two homes from the ground up. In the summers I also framed homes with my cousin Scott VanWay the lead carpenter of Vanwey homes. This legacy runs deep in our family. I see the challenges and angels of what a family's needs will require and the depth of their lives whether in the thick of it as a family, chasing children, such as I in this season of my own life or the retired couple that is in their new chapter of their own lives. I pride myself with being able to listen to whatever the client’s dreams are.

I went to drafting school in Arizona at Universal Technical Institute, I then returned with an opportunity to begin my career with Blue Canyon in 2003. After being there for a couple years, I found my way over to Batzer, a commercial building company, which made me understand the in and outs of commercial architecture and building. After leaving there I ended up in the town of Bend Oregon, and started with Mount Bachelor Design Studio in the summer of 2007 and am still contracted as their top designer in residential and commercial builds.

In 2012 I moved back home to my roots in Southern Oregon where the opportunity was presented to work alongside my uncle Wayne VanWey and come aboard creating legacies for families and still furthering our family's legacy of honest, good, kind and
thorough architecture and builds.

Architecture is something that truly does define my love for a beautiful aesthetic and functional design, from breaking ground until turnkey. It’s with great honor that our family gets the privilege to come alongside you in this
exhilarating new chapter of your lives. Welcome home!

  • Faith First

My relationship with God is the foundation of everything I do. He’s the source of my strength, wisdom, and purpose, both in life and in my work. Every plan I design begins with prayer and a heart set on honoring Him through excellence.

  • Family Always

My family is my greatest blessing and constant reminder of what truly matters. They’re the reason I work hard, stay grounded, and strive to lead with integrity. No project or success compares to the joy of coming home to them.

  • Built with Purpose

Architecture is more than a profession—it’s a calling. I take pride in crafting spaces that serve people and reflect thoughtful design. Each structure I build is shaped by faith, fueled by love for my family, and guided by the desire to create something that lasts.
